Good internet, lovely staff, delicious breakfast, great location, near the subway but I don't use it often because I always take Uber. Good service from the staff.

Overall not a good experience.
Cleanliness was not maintained considering such a branded hotel.
Toilets were not clean
Service was not active and even not available at times

Clean room, very nice service, very central location, good food in the restaurant (both dinner and breakfast), and in general a good stay! We stayed one night, as three friends. Getting extra room card, leavibg luggage, wifi, and other sevices where available easily!

Hotel was well equipped & clean. But the sofa & chair in room were not comfortable at all. The bed is soft more than desired, not good. Lunch dinner is very good. The breakfast items need to scale up in terms of taste, did not like any item except hot tea. The housekeeping staff is good but needs to be more prompt. However, overall i had a pleasant stay.

We had booked another hotel for 4 nights. We arrived late. The hotel was awful. That nightwear booked the Golden Tuilip for the following 3 nights. This hotel wax far superior, clean high end. A nice restaurant and bar and very helpful staff. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Having git to our room, we found the fridge nog working and no safe. I phoned reception. Within 20 mins, we had a safe and a replacement fridge. Food was very nice the free breakfast was very good too. A well located hotel, which I would certainly recommend.

Branche restaurant was truly awesome , good food and service is very attending Staffs were courteous. Thanks for good evening !! Taken the buffet with good variety and starter , overall it was good experience Caption Ajit is so friendly and good natured *** !!

It was my first stay in the golden tulip hotel Lucknow rooms specious....... Front desk was very helpful........ And check out process was very smooth swimming pool was neat and clean .overall lovely stay for 1 day thanks team ............
