Worst experience of my life.the property was poorly ***aged.entire hotel was stinking including our room. The room was small, dinghy, dirty, the mattress was broken.bed linen had stains all over. even the room walls had stains. there was dust visible on the phone, set top.box, tv etc. yet we were told the room.is sanitised! When I asked for a sanitizer( as there was none available in the room) I was refused one and only when I shouted was provided with a handrub. staff was not wearing masks.and the ones who were wearing had it below their nose! i want my money back.

First thing which needs correction is that the go-ogle maps shows its location elsewhere. Parking space is outside the main building and very congested. The front desk people were very courteous and friendly. They have ample space for dining. There is scope for improvement in ***y depar**ents but these are pandemic times and i can not blame the hotel ***agement.

The hotel looks good fm outside but the rooms were not tidy as the floor was damaged in main room near the bathroom. Refrigerator was not working even after informing, they did not change or repair. Mosquitoes were found
