It was my Mother's 80th Birthday.. Monika and Rishikesh made it super duper special and grand for her.. they are came to our room with the personalized photo cake and everybody was so happy to wish my mother. Apart from that food was so good staff was so good everyone is ready taking care of my mom.. Viksit give us a extension in check out in there busy day that's why we call TAJ IS TAJ.. Again me and my family want's to say thank you so much to the entire team.

We had booked Renaissance via Trip.com and the hotel hospitality was worth appreciation. The breakfast lunch and dinner were a treat to taste buds. The staff was cooperative regarding any service de***ded. It's a place worth coming again...

I stayed at this place for three nights and had a great time. - Hotel is in a great location, rooms are spacious, food is amazing, there's a 24/7 shop for snacks and drinks, free parking, and the toiletries could be better. Saff is excellent, especially Laxmi, Ram ( his first day with hilton ), Samad, and Piyush. GM, Mr. Yogesh Bhatt, is amazing. We had some great conversations and I really appreciated how he handled my feedback. I'm looking forward to my next stay here and hoping for an even better experience. Oh, and there's a Starbucks right across the street from the hotel.

Personally, I am quite satisfied considering the cost performance. The room was very large. The staff were friendly.
