We had a wonderful experience at the Lüderitz Nest Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!

We have just spent 3 nights at the Nest. We had a lovely stay the staff where are super Friendly and accommodating Dinner was superb Aswell as breakfast our room was cosy and the beds super comfortable We will definitely return in August, we hope to stay in a Suite on our return

Das Nest Hotel war vor Jahren der Grund, weshalb wir nach Lüderitz gefahren sind, und wir waren in wischen fünf Mal dort. Lüderitz und Umgebung haben Ihren eigenen Charm und sind ideal, umsich bei Meerluft zu erholen - aber das Nest Hotel macht es zu einem unwiderstehlichen Ziel für uns.

Das Nest Hotel ist das grösste, bekannteste und wohl auch beste Hotel in Lüderitz. Unser Aufenthalt ist soweit auch ganz in Ordnung gewesen. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und verfügen über einen winzigen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Ein Aufenthalt hier gleicht ein bisschen einer Zeitreise obwohl das Hotel den 1990er entstand und in Zwischenzeit auch renoviert wurde, erinnert vieles hier an einen Besuch bei Oma. Teller mit Blumen und Goldrand, viel unnötiges und altmodisches. Irgendwie mit dem Charme von 1960. Für einen kutzen Zwischenstopp ganz okay, mit scjöner Lage direkt am Meer etwas abgelegen am Rand von Lüderitz.

Bei Anreise war unsere Reservierung nicht auffindbar, aber wir haben dann ohne Probleme ein Zimmer bekommen, obwohl das Hotel auf Grund einer Veranstaltung im Ort stark gebucht war. Die Zimmer sind ordentlicher Standard, nichts außergewöhnliches und könnten überall sein, fast alle haben Meerblick und einen kleinen, schmalen Balkon, auf dem man aber nur stehen kann. Wir haben die Bar genutzt und das Restaurant zum Frühstück, beides war gut. Der Pool im Innenhof war abgedeckt. Das Personal war freundlich. In Lüderitz gibt es keine großen Alternativen, der Ort bietet nicht viel. Sehenswert ist Kolmanskuppe, die Diamantenstadt. Auch die Fahrt zum Diaz Cross und um die Halbinsel zur großen Bucht war landschaftlich sehr schön.

Excellent food , very friendly staff and comfortable rooms in Lüderitz which is a perfect place to start your adventure into the dunes and the Sperrgebiet. The staff did everything to make you feel comfortable!

Stayed here a few times, but service standard is lacking for the price paid - not 4 star quality The hotel has the monopoly so are resting on their laurels - will change though as other establishments open up in Luderitz. A pity as the location is stunning

The hotel is a wonderful oasis, coming to Lüderitz after a long, exhausting drive of 600 kilometers it was quite an experience to arrive at the hotel by the ocean. The oysters and lobster served for dinner were very good, the service impeccable, the room overlooking the bay and the famous church on the rock. It was a perfect stay.
