The hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Rooms a bit old but overall okay.

What a nice property it was my first time to booked this hotel staff were really friendly and helpfull food was yum all the amenities and services they provided are best shopping mall is outside if the Hotel all the things you need to do its just walking distance defently recommended to everyone cheers🙏👌

As I was staying for the business purpose and overall, it was a good experience , the quality and taste of food is very good even varieties also appreciable.. I would love to stay in future even I will try to come with my family as overall ambience was also very good. I enjoy the company of staff.

Radisson ludhiana is superb amazing place to stay , rooms amazing, staff behaviour fantastic , location perfect, ambience and food is splendid, I would highly recommend to all, I will also stay again and again Super hotel for family , spa and gym is good at 7 floor, rooms are best at 9 floor

Comfortable stay, hygienic, clean and well maintained rooms, Our room was upgraded to business class. We enjoyed our stay. Food was delicious l.Will visit again. Guest relations manager Natisha was helpful, friendly & co-operative. Overall i liked the experience.
