Hello team I had a booking there for last night and i was in room 513 which i booked online. It was my worst experience there. First of all there were no toiletries,dental kit in the bathroom,body lotion was kept but used one, telephone was not working was not able to call reception or any other hotel services. But when checking out the hotel front desk operator MRS.SARITA was asking for extra money of 1500/-rs telling us that we have ruined the bed sheet by dal stains. But when we checked there were no stains of dal. After that they told us to go in room and check but there was nothing. Even lifts were flooding with water. Seriously SARITA don't know how to talk to guests and in this industry you have to be very poliete but she was too RUDE. Even after realising their mistake one must apologise but she was giving tough look and told us to talk to Mr.Bipin. Firstly he was also not accepting the mistake but later he apologised for his behaviour. Requesting you to teach SARITA how to talk and takecare of their guests and everyone with a smile on her face. We were part of a group of CMC Graduates who were in Ludhiana for our 25th reunion. Most of us stayed in the Maharaja. We also had a private event in the evening in the Dublin within Maharaja. I write this feedback on behalf of many of my friends who only had positive things to say. Here is a summary of their comments 1. Very conveniently on Firozpur road. Access is good. 2. Sandwiched between more established brands like Park Plaza and Hyatt but no less in terms of quality and service 3. Better value for money 4. Excellent service 5. Wonderful rooms 6. Food and event in Dublin was great. DJ was excellent and picked up very quickly on the mood to have retro and current music 7. Staff very courteous It will definitely be my place to go for future Ludhiana stays

Entered the reception the receptionist and the waiter across the room having arguments with us sitting in between, when sorted we were shown out rooms, entered sat on the bed lo and behold heard springs and dip in the bed, at a convention dinner the food was good but the one of the waiters started standing behind my back giving me eerie feeling and then I realized either he was drunk or was after a tip. I had to tell him to get lost not go away. After some time he came back sure enough tip and drunk was together. Then sleeping time yes the springy dippy bed and when covers unfolded the sheets were dirty. Anything else can go wrong after a long day. The whole set up needs to be revamped and your staff needs to be given lots of lecture and teaching on hospitality sector if you want to be a business hotel. More professionalism required and also please do up your full upholstery and the beds ***** with mattresses and beddings. I would and will never come here again given a choice even of for free, sofas in the room have holes table is too big for the room, please make sure about time to keep up with competition u buck up
