Comfy room. No tea/coffee, but it did have a mini bar which chilled our drinks, so that worked for us. There were several functions in the reception rooms and the underground parking? Tight doesn’t begin to describe it. We did find a space as someone was leaving. Just a heads up and we only had a Mini Countryman! Breakfast was wonderful. Cold meats, bread, cereal, juice, cake and more. The staff when we checked in (a young lady at the desk), was wonderful. She helped my husband find a rag and cleaner to get the bugs off the windshield. She apologized for her English, which was very easy to understand. An apology wasn’t necessary! By contrast the gentleman on the desk this morning was almost brusque.

Bei der Ankunft im Zimmer eine Deckenleuchte im Bad defekt, Seifenspender leer und kaum Toilettenpapier. Mängel wurden dann behoben. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig, trotz Einstellung und Meldung genauso warm wie bei der Ankunft. Bei der Abreise sollte ich pro Nacht den Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage bezahlen. Ich lehnte dies ab, weil ich nicht darüber informiert wurde. Ich bezahlte dann dafür nichts.
