Im ersten Zimmer haben weder Licht noch Internet funktioniert. Im Zimmer nach der Umbuchung lagen einzelne Haare ums Bett herum, die Wassertemperatur war zwischen Arktis und Hölle nicht einstellbar. Die Wände sind papierdünn und man hört jedes Geräusch der Zimmernachbarn.
