房間還行吧，性價比不太高，泡温泉倒是很方便，吃飯人太多了像打仗，座位都找不到，早餐還行晚餐品種少保證不了質量但能吃飽

酒店、酒店餐廳、還有温泉的服務人員都很不錯，很有禮貌，微笑待人，由於帶了長者和小孩酒店還給辦理了延遲退房，非常感謝。

在網上看到了一些不好的評論，因為是一個人帶着女兒，所以懷着忐忑的心情買了酒店的套票，2份温泉票➕2份博物館票➕2份遊樂場的票➕一晚住宿，説實話，估計是我是週中錯峯出行，所以説整體從服務的角度來看沒任何問題，前台耐心解答，房間因為熱水斷斷續續的問題快速響應，雖然不知道什麼原因，熱水確實有一點點問題，但是還是正常的洗完了澡，温泉區估計是因為人少，服務員比較多，隨時都能服務到位比如送水帶路。總體而言，酒店和小童娛樂都不錯，沒有失望。
