衛生很差，毛巾不乾淨，全部床都好似有嘢咬，最離譜同前台講需要換被鋪，前台的服務員眼睛也不會看你，跟你說：「說吧！」，只是顧住玩手機，永遠也不會再訂這間了！

進房間有股煙味，窗户打不開，隔音不太好對於淺睡眠的人是個難題，整體感覺這次體驗不是很好，希望下次有一定改良

房間還可以 就是有一個女的在服務枱裏就象顧客欠她錢一樣的表情 辦理入住或退房都是用苦瓜臉對顧客的 而且別的地方在網上訂房不用收壓金的 唯獨悦客酒店收壓金
