Staff is very friendly and the Bistro staff will go out of their way to make your dining experience great. The food delicious, the grounds are nice and 30 seconds away from shopping and food.

I have been staying at this local Courtyard for business trips since last October and I must say being in the business of retail or providing customer service for over 20 years, I am pretty patient when others lack service. This is the only Marriott facility that I have had the pleasure of staying at that has been a disappointment time and time again. The linens are always stained, front desk staff is unfriendly, employees don’t even acknowledge you as a member. I could go on and on but I think staying there yourself would prove my dissatisfaction.

My stay was great and thanks for the excellent customer service to all the staff. From the beginning of my stay I was greeted with warm hellos and a special gift of chocolate. I was then upgraded to a higher level with an excellent view of the Gulf of Mexico. I will definitely be referring all my associates to stay at Courtyard Marriott Lufkin.
