The breakfast was good and rich. Has its own paid parking lot. After looking for the air conditioner remote control for a long time, it turned out to be posted on the wall near the door. The attitude of the front desk is very good. If you need to delay check-out for special reasons, it is easy to communicate.

The hotel is next to the railway station tracks. The bed was vibrating at night and I couldn't sleep at all. The room was very old and had a strong smell.
The only advantage is that there is breakfast, which is not bad for Switzerland.

這個酒店還不錯的，送一張當天可以在城市裡麪刷的卡，而且交通也比較方便，門口就有一個公交站點。這個城市也不錯，雖然説很靠近意大利，但是還是比較有瑞士的那種寧靜的風格，在這個城市我都感覺安全多了，比那個什麼維羅納好多了，維羅納簡直像個貧民窟，這個城市就是個正兒八經的歐洲城市。
酒店房間和宣傳照片一模一樣，沒有什麼區別。房間的話，門不是特別隔音，如果有人在走廊裏麪説話的話，會非常的清晰，但是整體來説還是比較安靜的，因為大家聲音都不是特別大。

Its an alright hotel, it's a bit outdated, and the room was fine but nothing special. The listing also says it's in the center of town, and it is about a twenty-minute walk or a mile from Paradiso.

What a great hotel and only 15 minutes walk to the centre of Lugano or 5 minutes to the lake. Free buses (which we used) and you can also walk to the funicular Paradiso to take in the views from San Salvadore. Hotel is clean and comfortable, pool and breakfast is excellent. Garage parking was useful so was the secure bike storage. We had two rooms next to each other for the children.

I think it's the best value for money in Lugano, trains nearbyby are frequent but quieter than US. Bed was hard and I would suggest bringing your own pillow. Staff were ecellent and friendly and the breakfast was limited but fairly priced. It's a difficult uphill, upstair walk from the lake so be in shape.

Lovely hotel, clean and quiet. Small balcony with partial lake view. The woman at front desk was friendly and welcoming, very nice. Large breakfast room with large buffet including a machine that made fresh squeezed orange juice, what a fun and wonderful surprise!
