Cleanliness and location are good, but the bed, room and shower are very small and for €100 a night I don't think it's worth it. They do not leave welcome bottles of water like in other hotels and if you take it from the minibar they charge you €2.5. I will not come back

The room was small and poorly soundproofed, it faced a street with a lot of traffic and even with the window closed I couldn't sleep. The TV remote didn't work. The cistern broke and they did not change our room because they said there was none, so they left the lid dismantled so that if we needed to flush the cistern we would put our hand up to the elbow to try to empty the cistern, something that was very difficult and always got. They left us with that problem and were so angry. I think you have to invest a little in renewing and doing maintenance regularly, not just when it breaks. For all this that could have been avoided, I do not recommend it.

We only spent one night, good service, both at reception and at breakfast. Comfortable, spacious room with a large window. I would improve the bathroom that only has a bathtub and slides with no place to grab it and the toilet next to the door guarantees a safe hit. A hotel for one or two nights. Lugo doesn't need more time to be seen either.

They only offer breakfast, as they do not have a cafeteria or restaurant. Good location close to the wall. I don't rate it higher because the reception staff has an absolute lack of professionalism; They don't offer you maps, nor do they tell you where the wall is as a reference,....., it seems like a hotel with automatic check-in, and, since they charge when you arrive, they pass by you when you leave and if they are outside smoking or at cell phone do not cut off and pass by you.
