預訂界面寫有早餐，而且訂單訊息也寫着有早餐，此外，我還額外用積分兑換了一份早餐，結果入住了被告知過年期間沒有早餐服務，這不是誤導別人嗎，還浪費了我的積分

強烈不建議訂這間，樓下四樓就是ktv ，樓上是住宿，哪有這樣的設計，凌晨一兩點還在蹦蹦迪，誰能睡得着。

我有10多年住酒店經驗，這是我有史以來見過最差的，沒有之一，過年期間確實是房間爆滿，但當我提出問題想要更換的時候，前台說沒有辦法更換了，我想退，前台將責任推到平台，平台又沒有接電話，我睡在一間屎臭熏天的房間裏面！絕對沒有誇張！隔音很差，床單被鋪根本就沒有洗過！
