Every day they forget to put something... be soap, towel, beverage sachet... for example, when the shampoo and conditioner (of an excellent brand) finished in bottles locked on the wall of the box, they didn't even rest after complaining 2 days in a row ! When the servant came to the door to bring shampoo (avulso) seemed to be very badly and still questioned my wife that “i would rest tomorrow”... (and was not replaced !!! The hotel is a luxury hotel that can not happen.

The staff here are amazing. Everyone on the front desk were so kind and helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel special. We will never forget the level of service that we received. The breakfast buffet was great! Only wish the restaurant was open again. The pool area is nice, and it’s a 15 minute walk to Plaza Independecia, with the main restaurant areas close by to go to. Overall, it’s a great hotel and we will stay there again on our next trip!👍👍👍👍👍

La estadía en el Apart Hotel fue muy agradable, nos sentimos muy cómodos en todo momento, el servicio del personal es muy bueno, y la ubicación es genial, cerca de lugares donde comer, de bares, y donde hacer alguna compra. El personal nos brindó una buena comunicación previa llegada, y una guía adecuada de la ciudad. Disfrutamos de la Vendimia de la mejor manera posible.

A centrally located hotel with large rooms and bathroom. Very attentive and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Would not recommend for dinner as we were the only ones so it is probably that everything we ordered was thawed immediately prior to cooking it. Breakfast is very good.
