房間衞生打掃不仔細，毛髮殘留不少。服務態度極差，在明知道房間大冬天沒有熱水的情況下還在平台上顯示可以開房間，故意讓顧客上當 並不做任何賠償，老闆還罵人

位置不好，小區單元樓有門禁，沒有卡就怎麼在門口等有住户開門才能上去，老闆是不管的，他説他很忙，不是我們這些閑人，不能給我們任何服務，讓我們愛住不住，不住滾 Ծ‸Ծ

不錯不錯，環境乾淨衞生，衞生間特別新，真的特別喜歡那種衞生間修的好的酒店。然後前台客服姐姐人也特別好，一開始訂的是他們家的公寓，後來發現找錯地方，懶得改了，也幫我轉訂單過來了。非常不錯的一次體驗
