The staff were great and very helpful.
My bedroom was nice and overlooked the sqaure.
Breakfast was pleasant, so too was the dinner.
The adjoining pub had a great feel to it, like a traditional UK pub.

Rummet mysigt och perfekt för mig.badkaret skinande blankt.
Dock upplevde jag att hotellfrukosten var högljudd, fantastisk sal men högt sorl och diskvagnar som skramlar. Frukosten fantastisk men mysfaktorn för frukost dras ner ordentligt pga ljudet. Personalen hjälpsam och effektiv. Nästan för mycket, mitt porslin hann försvinna när jag hämtade mer frukost. Jag hade uppskattat mindre effektivitet runt borden!

Städning:
#1. Vid incheckning sa personalen att tacka nej till städning i rummet pga x-mas och hotellet har inte tillräckligt med städpersonal, konstigt någ man betalar för städning men sen utmanas man att avstå från städning utan kompensation, typisk beteende för svensk service.
#2 kolla bilder hur städar man u fyra *stars* hotell i Sverige. Dom glömde lämna notis på sängen "ni som gäster måste vara tacksamma att vi städar i ert rum"
Frukost:
#1 bacon ser drunknar i olja och ser hemskt ut.
#2 i Sverige kallar man kaffe (bryggkaffe) en vätska som har brunn färg och sommar hemskt. Se bilder. Hur kan en hotell med fyra stars servera så hemskt kaffe.
Slutsatsen, som vanlig ingen service ingen kundorinterade personal. Konceptet är att kunden/hotellgäster måste vara tacksamma att vi svenskar jobbar åt er.

Centralt beläget hotell med trevlig personal. Lite sliten byggnad men rummen kändes renliga och fräscha.
Hotellfrukosten var dessvärre ganska sunkig och jag blev väldigt äcklad av att hitta ett långt blont hårstrå (!) i äggröran.

Rummet var tyst. Frukosten var fantastisk och i ett underbart tjusigt rum. Högsta betyg på den. Rummet kändes slitet. Färgen hade flagnat på dörrfodret till toaletten. Det drog tyvärr ned helhetsintrycket.
