The breakfast is very good, with various choices. However, the room comfort is not good, the temperature is a bit cold during the night so we caught cold... the last day, when we finish breakfast, we headed to the room for packing and check out. It was even not at 10 a.m. and the room card did not work at all. We went to reception to explain and request to update the card, the receptionist with blond hair, her attitude was not good. The check out time is 11 a.m. so it should not have this sort of incident, it is the hotel's responsibility. Instead of giving apologies from hotel, we have got limit blamed... where is the service ? Disappointed...
And another point a bit confused, according to hotel's receipt, the price is cheaper of 10% than ********* charged me during booking. Is it normal?
