Love this hotel after a long day on the road. Nice separation so my husband can go to sleep early and I can stay up on the couch watching tv. Great condition hotel. He used the hot tub and said it was good. No complaints at all

The visit was fine — not exceptional. The good - breakfast attendants and morning desk person was great! The room was nice with a huge walk in closet. The bad - the refrigerator stays on only 2 hrs and then has to be turned back on. This is not good because I was there for an extended stay. I ended up bringing my ice chest in. Also there is a note on the mirror that they service every 3 days. They do not. I even asked for service simply for towels and overflowing trash and it didn’t happen. When I asked for service, I was told they only service every 3 days and I told her that I had been there for 4 days. I was there for 5 days and the room never got serviced. I ended up taking my trash and putting in a trash outside and asking for towels every other day. We actually ran out of toilet tissue.

Our stay at the Spring Hills Lumberton was absolutely phenomenal. We only stayed one night on our way to Myrtle Beach. What made it even better is Aleeyah that was at the breakfast station is absolutely incredible. She helped us with everything we needed.

All was A+, except for the shortage of breakfast items. This was on Memorial weekend and it looked like the hotel was fully booked. I made the comment that I couldn't eat breakfast because of the lack of items. Unfortunately, Trish, the breakfast attendantnt heard me and took it personally. I apologized because I knew it wasn't her fault. The only suggestion I have is to prepare for a busy summer and make sure the manager that orders for the breakfast items, orders more than previous years. I do want to acknowledge Trish for her hard work. She was very busy keeping the area supplied and clean. You can see that she took great pride in her work.

First and foremost want to say this hotel is clean the staff is nice. The challenge is the place is starting to show its age. The sofa in the room had seen better days and the caper also. The bathroom door had to be locked to stay closed otherwise it kept opening. Again the staff is doing all they can to keep the place nice but it is time to invest and do a renovation.

Hotel did not live up to the good reviews. The room had dirty surfaces. Netflix did not work on the TV. Pool and hot tub need serious attention due to cloudy, dirty water. Breakfast was fair. We will choose a different hotel next time.Nearby pizza restaurant was good.

Our stay at Springhill Suites Lumberton was very comfortable. The hotel is very convenient to drivers as it is located off 95. Nice stopping point midway between NY area and Florida. The hotel is clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, such a nice warm breakfast provided; Trish greeted us as she prepared breakfast for all.
