Some of the people at the front desk is rude. The maids dont be wanting to clean the rooms at times. The breakfast is barley eatable. The beagles 9 times out of 10 is hard as a rock.

House keepers don't want to clean always give you old sheets an towels & wash clothes roaches are horrible want ask if you need toilet paper are nothing don't even want to pick up trash you leave out.

The breakfast is bogus from the bread and bagels always being stale.
The Wi-Fi keeps going in and out.

I booked my room at the Fairfield Inn in Lumberton NC for 71 dollars then upon checking in the person who was working the front desk tells me that they have a 20 dollar incidental fee that would be refunded as long as the room was not damaged but then after I check-out the next morning I find out that I was being charged 250 plus 71 for the room and the 20 dollar incidental so I am not going to be using trip.com nor will I be staying at the Fairfield Inn no matter what town it is in

We had a great stay. Thay was an excellent receptionist. The bed seems to need a replacement already. It seems so saggy that I had a backache when i woke up.

Seems ok from outside but probably the worst Fairfield I’ve stayed at. For starters I don’t know if the owner is vegetarian or just cheap but the breakfast is awful. NO breakfast meat, just spinach & eggs or whatever it is, prepackaged frita???, biscuit n gravy. THATS IT. The same thing EVERYDAY. HORRIBLE!!! I tried to purchase drinks from front desk but was told she couldn’t take cash. The pillows are small and feel like they’ve been around for years. They got flat immediately. The dumpster area is a mess and stinks. Could make this a manageable stay if they would change their breakfast routine.
