Staff were excellent . Hotel VERY tired. Room clean , comfortable bed , sheets and towels very clean. mold in bathroom and around tub . Ice machine not working and that room moldy and dirty .
Didn’t try the breakfast .

They don't inform you that when you pay with a card they take out the room rate plus extra $100 and hold it for up to a week. It makes it hard on people whenever trying to keep the correct balance on their books

Easy check in. Very accommodating for my late arrival. Accessible room size was perfect. Clean comfortable bed. Room warmed up quickly, but traveled with my heated throw nust in case. No hot water. Barely warm so at least the room was warm when I got out of the shower. Slept well. Easy ride to breakfast. Had to unplug the fridge as it was very loud. Freezer needs defrosting but I had no time or we would have tried to do it. Will stay when in Lumberton again.
