The hotel bed was wet.The glasses were dirty.The door lock was not working.In cold they gave us thin blanket.No soap and shampoo in the toilet.Poor internet connection.Food quality was poor.Costumer service was poor.

Experience to live in the room in such hot weather is horrible. They do not think about their customers once you booked the room. Room service is poor. Availability of AC, fan, drinking water is poor. It is costly as per their service.

The rooms were not prepared. The hotel manager was not friendly to us. The beds were dirty. Also, the air conditioning hardly works and you end up in a warm room after a day of walking outside… We wanted to have dinner at the hotel one evening. It would take 30 minutes, after 15 minutes the hotel boss comes to us and says that it is not possible to make the whole order and we have to go to another restaurant…However, this looked dirty. We decided to eat somewhere else. In short, not recommended.
