Bad service, bathroom not clean Some rooms use shared bathrooms. When I asked to change rooms to go to a room behind the mall, which was very noisy with the air conditioner, disturbing when sleeping. I feel very bad.

The queen bed is very uncomfortable. Every time the bed moves there is a sound. The sheets have yellow spots. There is only one pillow and it is soft. The blanket is like a comforter without a cover. The person in the next room can also hear the snoring. Parking other guests park 1 car in the middle so My car had to be parked somewhere else. It should have been booked for 2 days, but because it was not comfortable, I had to check out and find another place. Fortunately, trip.com gave me a refund.
