酒店設施設備都很齊全，大堂免費茶水點心飲料，還有按摩椅，房間很乾凈，洗漱用品都是大牌子，用起來很放心，配置很好，服務員很熱情，一進店就微笑打招呼，問什麼都很有禮貌有耐心的給解答，衞生很乾凈，有免費的雪糕，礦泉水都是免費喝，早餐品中很多，很好吃，很温馨的酒店，下次來還會入住

這間酒店的所有工作人員都很熱情，主動跟我們打招呼，介紹酒店和羅平縣的景區和飲食，衞生環境很好，早餐也很豐富，非常好的一次入住體驗。
