房間一股黴味，衞生也很差，感覺床單都沒換，一點也沒有新換的乾淨床單的摺痕，枕頭也有種怪味，從來不會給哪一家評論，不願意多事也嫌麻煩

很不好很不好很不好1.在去哪兒訂房間，到了前台他説找不到訂單，説是衹有**跟**才能訂，糾纏了半個小時，不給開房間也不給退款，讓我們自己在大廳想辦法，又這樣做生意的嗎？後面又説有訂單了，但是沒有對應的大床房，給了我們一個更便宜的標間，離大譜。2.房間的鎖有問題，感應不到房卡，結果又讓我下樓自己拿鑰匙開門，服務態度很差。3.房間裏面跳閘，讓修理的人過來，又是等了半天，結果還是自己踩着凳子弄好的。4.房間隔音效果很差，還沒有醒就能清楚地聽到走廊阿姨大聲説話的聲音。總結：綜合體驗極差，也是住過不下一百所酒店的，不説大城市的，就在羅田這種小地方來説，服務設施各個方面也是差中差！

超級不好的一次體檢，對該酒店差評差評差評！！！
環境不好，服務態度也很不好。如下：
①衞生間的燈壞了，修不了，説“衞生間要那麼亮幹什麼”，不給解決方案就這麼不了了之。
②訂單包含兩張温泉票，首先辦理入住時不主動告知如何取温泉門票；然後我主動打電話詢問，告知在温泉那邊報名字即可；但我到了温泉售票處，告知沒有訂單，辦理不了。
打電話給酒店，他們説不管這個事，他們跟温泉那邊是合作關係，讓我找温泉售票人員……
就這樣跟酒店的人，温泉的人，爭論了很久，都説自己沒問題。最後打電話給攜程客服，瞭解事情全程，解決了温泉的門票。但因為解決完都快晚上十點，就打亂行程改時間去泡温泉。酒店不給任何補償，態度很讓人不滿！！！
③酒店定的是450一晚＋2張温泉票，酒店人員直接告訴我下的訂單就是150的房間，但房間好多問題，連150都不值。感覺被欺騙了，如果這樣，我還不如分開去訂票！
