It was pretty good, and the staff were very friendly. I'll be back in a few days. Satisfied.

The hotel staffs are very helpful, they were trying to help us even we need to use translator 😅 The room is really nice, we booked business room and they upgraded us to the family room automatically. The location is a bit far from the Yingtianmen but it's quite convenience to go to Luoyang Grottoes, just 15mins by Didi :)

The hotel is okay, close to the train station, and the metro is also nearby. We were initially checked into a smoking room but were able to change without any problems. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel isn't the newest, and it's clear that not much has been invested since it opened; the magazines in the room are over 10 years old.

The environment is good, there's a parking lot, and it's a ten-minute walk to the subway station. There are also good restaurants downstairs.

Nice hotel with all Amenities and good value for money

We had the wonderful stay at the hotel. Nice and gentle welcome. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly helpful staff. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time.

The hotel was very comfortable, but what made the experience truly special was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. Their warm attitude made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Convenient location near the high speed railway station. Free pick-up worked without a hassle. Nice and helpful staff.

This is a modern business hotel where staff were very friendly and eager to help in every way. It's location is not in downtown but not isolated. A metro station is nearby. They should have this information in their hotel details , including which exit customers should take. To honor their free shuttle service, they even sent a staff to pick us up. In the future, if they can find a way to communicate where customers should wait at the station, their workload would reduce. Breakfast was nicely laid but some food was not in good temperature. Nor was it wide in selection.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionists offered me a welcome gift with snacks. I was extremely impressed with this kind gesture. The room was very clean, spacious, and the AC was very powerful! An important thing that must be mentioned is that this hotel should install a refrigerator in every room. All in all, I'm beyond glad that I chose this hotel!
