Stayed here as part of a long layover passing through LA. Worked well as a base to get an early start, walk to hollywood walk of fame, dolby theatre, grab breakfast in denny's (5 minutes walk), griffith park, and the observatory/hollywood sign.
No on site food....but places on same street so this is not a big issue.
Sensibly priced, nice and central, and close to metro station too. Recommended!

We stayed 5 nights. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful. It’s close to food places and shopping. There are a lot of homeless people in the area but we didn’t get harassed or made to feel unsafe. I feel like we got good value for money. They charge an incidental fee on check in though and there was no mention of getting it back, so I just think they must keep it. So maybe factor that in when you calculate the overall room rates.

가성비 있는 숙박시설입니다. 숙소도 깔끔했고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나와요. 드라마에 나오는 미국 모텔을 경험할 수 있습니다. 바로 앞에 마트 타겟도 있고, 술 마실 곳이 없는 건 아쉬웠습니다.

Hotel para dormir e tomar um bom banho.
Hotel está localizado em uma área com muitos moradores de rua.
Não me senti segura nesta área.
Tem uma Target quase em frente , mas com pouca variedade.
Tem um B. King perto, mas não recomendo.
Hotel tem estacionamento grátis e fica próximo a diversos pontos turísticos.
Rua do hotel é bem próxima a Calcada da Fama, Universal e Placa de Hollywood.

Mi estadía fue muy agradable. No es un hotel 5 estrellas pero por el precio fue mucho mejor que otros hoteles de la misma categoría. Lo volveré a repetir de ser necesario.

This hotel is basic but my room was super clean, well kept and free parking. Check in was easy and front desk person was friendly and professional.
