Raffles Doha

This is a truly luxurious hotel. Upon entering the lobby, the first thing that catches your eye is the stunning glass 'starry sky' ceiling. The lobby is bathed in blue, and due to Ramadan, it was adorned with candles, stars, and moon decorations. The Moroccan girl at the front desk was very friendly and assigned us a corner room on the 28th floor. As soon as I stepped in, I was absolutely blown away – everything felt so dreamlike and magical! There's a huge balcony, and with the great weather, it was perfect for just sitting out and relaxing. Inside the room, there was a handwritten letter, along with complimentary nuts and fruit. Breakfast offered standard English or Arabic options. The pool was also beautiful and spacious. I'll definitely consider staying at your hotel again on my next trip to Doha.

The Raffles is truly a top-tier luxury brand under Accor, absolutely incredible! You absolutely must experience their luxurious stay. From check-in to check-out, the concierge and front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, chatting with you and asking about your stay. The lobby's dome-shaped LED screen changes according to day and night, and as soon as I walked in, the concierge told me how much money was invested in creating this lobby.🤣 The room came with an abundance of complimentary fruits and welcome desserts. All the drinks in the mini-bar were free to enjoy, and if you drank them during the day, they'd be refilled again during turndown service! The shower also has three outlets that can run simultaneously, which was incredibly comfortable. 😌 And the views, well, they're simply breathtaking – 360-degree unbeatable ocean views. Highly recommended!

I paid extra to upgrade to the Crescent Room, which I had been dreaming of, and it was absolutely stunning and breathtaking, with a huge balcony! 😊 The service was generally good. Aigerim, the lady housekeeper in my room, was very thoughtful and patient – thank you! However, the service level of the lobby concierge staff varied; there was a young man with braces who had an excellent attitude, but a middle-aged man with a slightly dark complexion was arrogant and neglectful. The two handsome young men and women who checked me in at the front desk were both from Morocco and very enthusiastic. We even chatted a bit longer since I had visited Morocco before. The hotel lobby is opulent, predominantly blue, and adorned with sparkling white giant crystal chandeliers. For a moment, I felt like I was in 'Frozen'! 😊

The hotel's exterior is uniquely designed, and the interior decor has a strong local flavor. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The bathroom facilities are a major highlight, and the room itself is very spacious. This is a high-standard Raffles hotel, a must-stay when visiting Qatar.

Overall good, but the details could use some improvement. Still worth another stay.
