Excellent service and friendly staff, provided excellent tips for activities to do and restaurants. Hotel allows you to use kitchen facilities to do cooking for families or larger groups. Big plus for families are the in-room hot tub facilities.

Yi'an Xiaolou boasts a superb environment, excellent service, and impeccably clean rooms. The building has undergone extensive renovations, transforming basic rooms step-by-step, and offering upgrades to deluxe rooms, resulting in a particularly pleasant stay. The balconies are large and comfortable, and the community environment is beautiful, perfect for leisurely walks. Highly recommended.

The lovely young lady was incredibly kind. She called us in advance on the day of our check-in to tell us our arrival time, turned on the air conditioning beforehand, and even sent us some travel recommendations. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby.
