Lushan Tongyuan Yi Inn Yunjing Hotel (Lushan Scenic Area South Gate Branch)

Excellent stay! Firstly, the environment is serene and it's very close to the South Gate, making transportation convenient. Secondly, the staff are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. As soon as we drove into the hotel parking lot, a staff member helped us with our luggage and personally escorted us to our room. Thirdly, the service is incredibly thoughtful. The room was stocked with a variety of drinks, fruits, and desserts, and in the evening, the butler even brought warm milk, which was both heartwarming and stomach-warming. Fourthly, the room facilities are very new, stylish, and comfortable.

They helped us with our travel itinerary and even assisted us in getting onto the Lushan sightseeing bus. A big thumbs up to the lady at the front desk! Cleanliness: The room was spotless.

The hotel was excellent! They offered a pick-up service right from the high-speed rail station. The front desk staff, especially the lady who helped me, was incredibly warm and even assisted with my luggage. They also upgraded my room for free, which was beautiful and had a very comfortable large bathtub. Overall, my experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit in the future.

High-Value Luxury Experience Right Next to Lushan South Gate The location is absolutely unbeatable, right next to the Lushan South Gate. It's just a few steps to the sightseeing bus stop, making it super convenient to get up the mountain. The room itself is incredibly spacious and features a high-end design, complete with smart room controls, a high-definition projector, and a Kohler bathtub. The heated drying rack was a lifesaver, drying small items of clothing very quickly. The biggest surprise was the mattress – incredibly comfortable, once you lie down, you won't want to get up. Breakfast offered a rich selection, including Jiujiang rice noodles, fresh fruits and vegetables, pastries, bread, fried dough sticks, and soy milk, all served warm and delicious throughout. I was very satisfied. The service was exceptionally thoughtful, with free pick-up and drop-off to the station, and attentive care throughout my stay. Overall, this is the best value luxury hotel I've ever stayed in. The only minor flaw is that because the room is so large, the heating was a little weak, but it was still warm and comfortable overall and didn't detract from the experience at all. Highly recommended! Even if you're not visiting Lushan, staying here for a couple of days would be incredibly comfortable...

They told me upon check-in that they could provide room service, but after check-in, they said it would affect the environment of the next room and therefore they couldn't provide service, especially since I hadn't mentioned it beforehand! They're blatantly lying! However, the food was still reasonably priced! But I didn't sleep well at all! The air conditioning always blew warm air no matter what setting I changed! I contacted customer service, and they said they hadn't reminded me to turn on the cooling, and it was all centrally powered! Shouldn't they inform guests before they check in?!

Five stars for the staff service; everything else was unsatisfactory. The facilities were very basic. The gym equipment was squeaky, the swimming pool was closed, and the children's area reeked of foot odor. We were the only guests on my floor, and someone would turn off the hallway lights at night. The restaurant was expensive and the food was terrible, and there were no convenience stores nearby. It's more like a guesthouse than a hotel. Being near the mountain, it was teeming with insects, with huge moths flying everywhere. Although it's close to the South Gate, it's still a 40-50 minute drive to the actual Lushan scenic area, and the drive almost made me throw up. I recommend staying in Guling Town for better convenience. Never again. Never again. Never again.

The room is simple, comfortable and spacious, with complete facilities, comfortable and clean bedding, delicious food, reasonable price, thoughtful and meticulous housekeeping service, beautiful and quiet hotel environment, slightly off-site location, no catering and entertainment nearby. Free pick-up service from the station/airport once, free use of KTV and chess and card room, suitable for family or friends gathering, very considerate service.
