Joyous Hotel

Fantastic stay! The hotel is tucked away in the mountains, offering stunning views of misty peaks right from the window. It's also super convenient for getting around, being close to a transfer point. The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, providing shuttle services and even recommending sightseeing routes. Their responses were always super quick. The facilities are brand new and fully equipped, including smart bathrooms, a gym, and a laundry room, plus thoughtful dehumidifiers. The entire place was meticulously cleaned, both the rooms and public areas were spotless and odor-free, making for a truly comfortable stay.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and tidy, with a quiet and comfortable environment. The rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and the mattress and bedding are very comfortable. The hotel restaurant serves delicious and hygienic food, and the prices are even more affordable than restaurants in Guling Town. The owner is friendly and provides attentive, detailed service. Five stars!

Facilities: New hotel, good conditions, smart toilet, spacious bathroom vanity. Cleanliness: Business was booming during the May Day holiday, overall cleanliness was good, but some details might have been overlooked due to being too busy. Environment: The hotel is located on a mountain, the environment is beautiful, I really like it. The first picture is the view from the hotel room, the other two are of the Three-Tiered Spring. Service: The hotel provides shuttle service, and can also pick up guests from the street if they are too tired from hiking. The service attitude is good, satisfied.

The hotel is located high up and a bit hard to find. The rooms are of average size, but clean and odorless. The front desk service is good; they patiently answer questions and will call ahead to let you know. After your tour, they can arrange transportation to the sightseeing bus stop down the mountain.

A few hardworking young men run the hotel. The hotel is upscale, clean, and offers excellent service. It's a two- to three-minute drive from Guling Town, and because of the hilly road, the hotel always provides a shuttle service. Special praise goes to the hotel restaurant. When we encountered a storm in Lushan and couldn't go to town for a meal, we were surprised to find that the hotel not only offered à la carte dining, but the chef was also highly skilled. The braised small fish they served wasn't small at all, and it was incredibly delicious!

I booked two nights, and there were three advantages: First, the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the main street, which is very convenient to call anytime; second, the mountain view room has a fantastic view, overlooking the distant mountains and forests; and third, the front desk service is very nice, carefully explaining that the hotel's shuttle can take you to the furthest attractions, saving a lot of time. The hotel is newly built, and the facilities are quite new, but the soundproofing is a bit poor; I could hear the water tap running next door. Also, there was a smoke alarm issue; other guests were smoking in the game room, triggering the smoke alarm and causing a power outage in the room. However, power was restored after about ten minutes, so the hotel's emergency response was very quick.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. While the observation deck isn't accessible, bus route 5 goes directly to the side entrance (every 0.5-1 hour). Nearby, there are several long staircases; a 6-minute walk down to Guling Street and a 10-minute walk back up the stairs make it easy to navigate even in the rain. We booked a view room, and through the large windows, we could see the surrounding trees and red-roofed houses. Especially in the mornings and during rain, the misty atmosphere made sitting by the window and enjoying the view particularly pleasant. The hotel rooms were of moderate size, with ample indoor and outdoor public spaces and seating for guests to relax. The gym was also quite good. The hotel provides a simple buffet breakfast, which you can eat before heading out for sightseeing. The Park Hyatt Ruiyun opened earlier this year, and the rooms and facilities were very clean and tidy. Although it had been raining in Lushan these past few days, making it very humid outside, the hotel walls and floors felt dry, likely due to moisture-proof design or building materials. The young staff at the front desk were friendly and hardworking. We really liked the hotel and would definitely stay again.

My friend and I both work in the tourism industry and prefer reputable hotels, avoiding the noise outside. We specifically chose this one. It has a shuttle bus and is located higher than the main street, making it quiet and peaceful. In the mornings, there are only birdsong, no other disturbances. These past few days, the fog has obscured the view from the window. There's a small path leading directly to the main street from the lobby entrance; it was worth the effort of climbing a few steps for comfort. The room was dry and comfortable, with no unpleasant odors. After climbing Wulao Peak and San Die Quan, my legs were exhausted, so we had dinner on the street and contacted the hotel in advance to arrange a pick-up. Haha, a perfect return to the hotel!
