Zhenlu Scenic Hotel

Absolutely terrible. The shower in the bathroom was broken as soon as I entered the room. Even with the heater on, water was spraying from the bottom, and it was cold – impossible to shower in this cold weather. The table next to the bed was also wobbly; I had to hold onto it with one hand to eat takeout while eating the other. I can't believe it; I've never stayed in such a terrible hotel. The bed I booked online wasn't a round bed, but for some reason, the room I got had a large round bed. Utterly speechless; the worst experience ever. The staff were also rude. They said they'd fix the shower, but after looking at it, they never came back. Paying money to suffer like this – don't book this lousy hotel; it's absolutely unacceptable.

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the service is warm and friendly, and the location is excellent!

The door had no lock or chain; the soundproofing was terrible; the hallway was gloomy; the pillows smelled bad; there was no bottled water or slippers; the bed sheets were covered in hair; and the toilet outlet was sparking.

The room was beyond my expectation, the boss was very helpful, the price/performance ratio was very high, I will stay here again next time

The owners were very kind. Since I was going to Xiufeng Scenic Area, the owner went out of her way to take me there. The room was well-equipped and quiet. Highly recommended.

The room was okay, but I have to say, why did I have to pay extra privately after booking online? I stayed for four or five days, and for the last two days I asked to change rooms. Since I booked online before and wasn't asked to pay extra privately, they still asked me to pay extra for the last two days, saying the room I booked wasn't as nice. If the environment wasn't that good, then why was the room I changed to exactly the same as the discounted room? Why didn't they just give me a slightly worse room? And why did they say the room change price was the same as my previous room when I asked about it initially, but then charged me extra later? I didn't want to leave a review, but I really feel bad about it.

自駕來的，停車方便不收錢。離東門很近，去大佛也順路。房間窗户對着山，早上空氣特別新鮮，睡得香。

價格實惠，房間乾淨。大廳簡約大氣，服務也不馬虎。爬山累了在這裏歇腳很舒服，值得推薦。
