Lushan Zhihong Hotel (Meilu Store, Guling Street, Mount Lushan Scenic Zone)

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient, answering all our questions with a smile. Requests for bottled water and napkins were delivered almost instantly, showing their exceptional service efficiency. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to the cable car station and provides complimentary hiking poles, which saved us a lot of effort on our treks. The highlight was definitely the complimentary photoshoot in民國 (Republic of China) style. They provided outfits and makeup, and we got 3 professionally retouched photos taken at the Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall. The pictures turned out to be very charming and we were extremely satisfied. As a thoughtful touch, we even received a local specialty souvenir when we checked out.

The shuttle service to and from the cable car station was quite convenient, though we had to wait a bit longer for more guests to gather before it departed. This was my first time staying in a loft room, and it was perfect for three people with plenty of space.

Great location, very close to Meilu Villa, Lushan Cinema, and the main street. The hotel really pays attention to the details! They had everything I needed, especially a good hairdryer. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Lushan. I was completely satisfied with my stay.

Everything was great, except for a small issue my child had at breakfast. Luckily, the manager stepped in and resolved it smoothly, even giving a small gift, which brightened my child's day. The hotel's location is excellent; it's within walking distance to Meilu, situated between a library and a cinema, and very close to the transfer point and the main street. The price is also very reasonable. The attic room's window opens, which is a nice touch. The family room offers great value for money. The shuttle service was also prompt.

Facilities: A private courtyard with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room! Cleanliness: Extremely clean and tidy! Environment: First-rate environment, very beautiful! Service: The service was warm and attentive. They recommended a beautiful spot to watch the sunrise, and we were lucky enough to see the sunrise on Mount Lu 🌄

The room was quiet and I could see the mountain view from inside, which was lovely. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. This is my second time staying at this hotel.

The room was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully provided, like toilet seat covers, cotton swabs, and toothpicks. The staff were enthusiastic, offering great local tips. Especially at the restaurant, they were incredibly considerate, recommending dishes perfect for a solo diner. The noodles and mini buns made by the chef, and the beef noodles the next day, were absolutely delicious and satisfying. The transfer driver was also proactive in helping with luggage. My two-day stay was very comfortable. The complimentary sightseeing map and snacks were a nice touch, and the breakfast spread was impressive too.

The hotel offers one pickup and one drop-off service to either the mountain cable car station or the mountain sightseeing bus terminal. I have to give a huge thumbs-up to the service at this hotel! From their proactive help with luggage during check-in to the thoughtful goodnight milk delivered in the evening, every detail made us feel very warm. Although the room wasn't particularly large, it was well-arranged, clean, and cozy, and the the bedding comfort was simply outstanding. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay and it's definitely worth recommending!
