Repas du soir : Ceviche de daurade ; trop d'épices, on ne sent plus le goût du poisson. Seiche (cuite à point) mais galette de polenta brûlée. J'ai enlevé le dessus carbonisé pour le mettre sur le bord de l'assiette et le montrer à la serveuse : aucune excuse, pas de proposition de remplacement… Chambre n°10: Belle chambre, bien décorée. Pas de serviettes de toilette ! (j'ai dû redescendre pour en demander), réveil lumineux pas à l'heure et impossible à régler ! Fenêtre ancienne en bois avec simple vitrage qui permet d'être réveillé à 5h15 par le chant du coq qui ne termine son récital 1h1/2 plus tard

accueil très professionnel et attentif,disponible envers les clients, salle aux charmes de l’ancien avec cheminée au feu de bois cuisine très raffinée et excellent avec une très belle présentation bravo le chef service impeccable c’est la troisième fois que nous y déjeunons et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Super restaurant très bonne prestation menu Cendrillon de qualité, produit tres bien travaillé. Personnel très sérieux et je le recommande fortement ce restaurant. Cuisine recherché et bien élaboré avec de bonnes surprises. Bonne continuité

My fifth visit to this fantastic place. The owners and the staff are amazing. The rooms are in mint condition with very comfortable beds. The restaurant offers food and drinks worth a Michelin star. Pretty little town that offers a nice walk. Don’t miss this little gem when driving through Europe.

Accueil très chaleureux et pro ! Chambre sur cour très mignonne et très propre, décorée avec goût dans ce très ancien bâtiment. Restaurant quasi gastro au rez-de-chaussée, service haut de gamme. Petit déjeuner à 12€ très varié et copieux Franchement… très heureux d’être passé par Lusignan et de nous être arrêtés au Chapeau Rouge !

Chambre au calme, très bonne literie mais en 140 ... Salle de bain vraiment à refaire, pas de porte papier toilette, joints de la douche, complètement moisis 83.60 euros la nuitée. Quant au petit déjeuner ne vaut pas 9 euros. Pas de pain frais mais du pain de campagne sorti d'une poche plastique, il était tellement mou qu'il collait au palais, impossible de le faire grillé correctement (inadmissible, et pas digne d'un restaurateur !) aucun gâteau fait maison après le repas que nous avions eu la veille nous pensions vraiment être gâtés, ce fût la douche froide. Les seuls petits gâteaux servis sont industriels, servi dans la boite d'origine. Étape hôtelière très décevante.

Très bel établissement, avec une jolie salle et une magnifique cheminée. Choux de menus (4) , produits frais , dessert variés avec des superbes crêpes suzette. Service agréable . Quelques chambres d hôtel pour un samedi soir, parking privé 👌
