Posthotel

We stayed at the Posthotel for the New Year's ski holiday.. Typical local hotel.. excellent food and very kind, helpful and very professional staff! A special thank you to Marisa who made us have a wonderful holiday 🤗

The staff and the kitchen were of the highest quality. What is totally inadequate is the room. You can't have it in a 3 star facility. A noisy, squeaky bed of poor quality. And a room that has a bathroom without a window or extractor. (Chilling)

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Post. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen sehr gut und umfangreich. vor allem der joghurt war sehr gut. Unser Hotelzimmer war schön und modern. Das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber und wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Das Abendessen im Hotel ist sehr gut. Der Koch kochte jeden Abend gut. viel Abwechslung. Schließlich war der Service auch gut. Wir danken dem Hotel für die gute Betreuung. vielleicht kommen wir wieder hierher.

Hotel pulito e ospitale, con tutti i comfort e servizi di un tre stelle , consigliato il soggiorno anche in alta stagione dove i ritmi sono caotici, parcheggio riservato ai clienti e ottimo ristorante , personale accogliente e l'esperienza è stata ottima

Posto fantastico, personale gentilissimo e professionale. Cibo buonissimo e abbondante. Giardino grande a disposizione dei clienti dove trascorrere qualche ora in relax. Unica pecca l'arredo andrebbe cambiato, è un po' datato.

I stayed for 2 nights at the Posthotel in Lutago, and I had a great time with the friendly and very helpful staff, even having breakfast at 6.30 am instead of 8.00 am and the excellent suggestion to use the bus offered to me free of charge by the hotel took me to the start of the trekking trail, room ok, TV with all channels visible and wifi working in the room. I therefore recommend this hotel in an excellent location to anyone going to the Ahrntal Valley and I thank the staff who satisfied all my requests.'

I stayed at the posthotel for 1 week and I was really satisfied in various aspects: the location of the structure is excellent, so close to the center of Lutago and Campo Tures it allows you to move very comfortably on foot and by bus also thanks to the public transport subscription of South Tyrol included in the price of the stay. (the stop in front of the hotel is perfect) Although it is close to the road, this does not appear to be a problem given the limited number of cars passing by at night. The rear garden area with deckchairs overlooking the mountain and the Finnish sauna repays the efforts of the day's excursions. The cuisine is excellent, choice of menu (vegetable buffet, 2 courses and fruit and dessert buffet) often with typical local dishes; both dinner and breakfast were excellent with both sweet and savory buffets always replenished. Warm and traditional environment, staff always available, courteous and smiling. The only negative note: the room is a little dated and needs some modifications and the lack of a lift

We stayed in this hotel and were struck by the inconsistency between the photos published on the websites and the real and effective condition of the structure. Our room was in a sorry state of decay with dilapidated and completely ruined furnishings. On the first evening the hot water came out just lukewarm and we found insects in the tents. Decent breakfast and dinner, friendly and helpful staff... owners absent. With a few euros more a day you can find, a few kilometers away, accommodation facilities of a much higher standard with the same stars, with better services. Exaggerated prices for the service offered.

5 dagen verbleven in Posthotel. Het hotel is kleinschalig en eenvoudig. Dat er overdag niemand aanwezig is wisten we en was geen probleem, we waren veel onderweg en anders haal je wat in t dorpje. Kamers waren schoon en iedere dag handdoek wissel. Ontbijt basic, maar voldoende. Lekkere koffie! Diner was subliem!!! Smakelijk en mooi opgediend. Robert is een kok die echt met passie kookt. Dat je kunt kiezen uit 2 menu,s is geen punt. Alles even smakelijk en vers en je kon altijd meer krijgen. Ik kan me ook niet vinden in mensen die over het eten zeuren, maar die vind je natuurlijk overal. Vladimir, bediening, was niets te veel. Het hotel is eenvoudig ,zoals gezegd, maar het personeel en de verzorging was meer dan goed!!! Omgeving is prachtig. Waterval Wandeling aan de achterzijde hotel is een aanrader als je goed ter been bent.
