We stopped at this hotel before an early morning flight to Vienna and found it to be very good. It was actually St Patricks Day when we went and the hotel lobby was decorated for this with complimentary food and drink. Our room was small but well equipped and clean. It did the job. Would stay again.

I stayed in ibis Budget next to Luton airport, as I had to catch an early flight at 5am next day. The hotel is located very conveniently at a walking distance from the airport terminal - 10-12 min walk or 3-5min with a shuttle bus. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, happy to spend time explaining and answering my questions despite the late hour of the evening. The room was very basic (as expected for ibis Budget), but top-notch clean, with shower gel and liquid soap and fresh clean towels available in the bathroom. Free Wi-fi was available around the hotel and in the room. My room rate was GBP42 per night, as I booked 3 weeks in advance - quite good value for money for this type/standard of the hotel. On the day, the same room rate was GBP55, which I would argue is a bit overpriced for what you get - so, I'd recommend booking in advance. Overall, I have 100% positive experience and would stay in this hotel again when I travel to / from Luton airport.

Spending one night in hotel Ibis before flying off to Teneriefe Our room is freezing. I know heating is expensive at the moment but it is unfair for Ibis too sell rooms and expect people to stay in freezing cold rooms @

Stay far away from this place!!! Polish girl in reception didn't give information to pay for parking, eaven when you wanna put your staff to the hotel room and pick up the key. Food was old and served cold.

Be careful: don’t take chances this summer and book rooms when flying from Luton. Despite flights cancelled and letting Ibis Luton know seven weeks in advance, they wouldn’t give full refund. I’d avoid unless you can be sure of fair and full refund guarantee.

My elderly mother was waiting in the carpark (not parked because she didn't leave the car) and ended up with a €100 parking fine. There were no clear signs to indicate parking regulations, costs and fines (i.e. nothing to indicate that waiting in the area is prohibited). What an unbelievable money-making racket!

Great budget hotel perfect for an early flight. Rooms basic but had everything you needed including good tech fit out. Clean and tidy. Transfer bus pickup direct across road from hotel and took only a few mins. Great value for money and beats the early rise to make it to Luton.

The hotel was easy to find, maybe a 10 minute walk from the terminal building. I arrived very late at night, but the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was small but had everything I needed, coffee and tea was available in reception as well as takeway type meals which culd be eaten at the tables there. All in all it was exactly what I needed.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Good localisation - you can walk to the airport within 10-15 min , delicious food , cosy and clean rooms and extremely friendly staff willing to fulfil your requests
