We visited the restaurant which was lovely. Then we decided to have a drink in the bar area. The service was appalling. We experienced this last year at the afternoon tea so it hasn’t changed. Staff walking about in a hurry with nothing. Asking for drinks and no one coming. Other people puzzled looks when the waitress forgot orders came back and had to reorder twice. Just awful. Shame as such a wonderful setting which brought my rating up! Will return but need to not be hungry or thirsty (and have no rush! ) as takes a while 😲

I had the most incredible fine dining experience at your restaurant recently. From the moment we walked in, Siriner, the manager, ensured that every aspect of our evening was perfect. The food was exquisite, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The ambiance was elegant, and the service was impeccable. Siriner attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made the evening memorable. I can't wait to return for another exceptional dining experience.

Terrible hotel for business spread out over too many sites and bars shut at 10.00pm the decor would have been appropriate in the 90’s . Food was very poor and uninspiring. The hotel does not appreciate what is Needed for a conference and needs drag itself into 2024

Reena could not have been more polite or helpful. She was attentive to our needs when calling in for a morning coffee and food. Totally delightful experience and we will be back again very soon. A smiling helpful face is always a wonderful way to be greated in an establishment. The elegance of the hotel is beautiful. Thank you for a great morning.

Excellent vegan afternoon tea. Despite confusion over booking, James the manager swiftly sorted it out. Rishav our waitress very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended The tea room was elegant and beautiful. The weather had started to change for the worse or would have gone for a walk.

This hotel was recommendef by a friend and today I've decided to take my mom for a dinner at your restaurant. After we arrived arround 4pm, my mom said that would like to take a photo in front of hotel on the far side road. So I've stopped the car there and we got out. After 2 mins a van (FP70ZNA) came to us and a guy with MAINTENANCE written on his t-shirt and not SECURITY asked us what we doing ther and we need to leave because is private property and he will escort us to the exit?!?! I was shocked and didn 't said anything, just jumped in the car and left, and while he was "escorting" us out of "his" property, he spotted another group of people walking towards the hotel and he stopped next to them, probably to escort them out as well. Now I regret that I left as I should have gone to reception or somewhere to report this disgusting behaviour. I'm pretty sure he's not the owner of the hotel, nor he's the chief guardian of the property. His behaviour really dissapointed and shocked us, specially that we supposed to be guests. I don't consider this attitude as apropriate at all as long as he's paid from guests money, which supposed to be respected, specially at the level that you are saying the hotel is...

The Bistro dinner and the hotel breakfast was very good, served well and the staff were friendly and efficient. The supervisor at the Bistro and Angelika at breakfast were very competent and friendly. From start to finish All the staff were welcoming. I was expecting a turndown service and a choice of pillows would have helped to have a decent nights sleep. £2.50 for a dental kit was steep especially as the toothpaste was only 5ml. Taxi to the nearest train station was a lot more than we were quoted. Pleasant stay

Always superb service and food. We regularly come here and it is always superb. The atmosphere is fabulous and the decor relaxing. Lots of parking and a wide choice of food and drink. The varied seasonal menu is always a delight. The grounds and spa are a bonus.

I visited the spa with my husband as we had gift vouchers for a 55 minute treatment. I chose the age-defying facial. Grace, my therapist, was great. She was very knowledgeable and gave me some good advice about caring for my ageing skin! The facial was really relaxing and my face felt so lovely afterwards. The time shot by. I would definitely recommend Grace.
