The room was ok, but we definitely do not recommend the restaurant. The prices on the menu are not the prices the apply on the bill, food is not good. Soggy chips and overcooked chicken. They made us pay 10.75 £ for aperol when on the Manu said 8£ when we asked the bar tender said that was the price for aperol. I hate to say that but stuff barely speaks English.. it is a NO for me.

Our flight was cancelled, so we booked a room at the Sadie Best Western Hotel in Luton. We had an amazing experience in this hotel, the food was delicious! The room was very nice and clean! The staff was very friendly! We would like to say again a huge ``Thank you` `for Vish (customer service) who was extremely nice, friendly and helpful with every problem we had... also he was very friendly and patient with our daughter :) For us, he is the best customer service manager of the year! Lovely hotel, would stay again.
Parking is handy but quite tight. The breakfast is amazing, but only to order so no cereal etc… Sounds picky but in some ways I’d prefer a small buffet with the offer of made to order if you’d prefer…
Staff super friendly and room was clean and modern.
Beds were very firm.
