Hotel in a central position in Luxeuil. Good service. Wide room and confortable beds . Everything blameless. Free pari in front of the hotel (open air, but limited places , say 12 ). For the rest we cannot complain about anything because we only stayed one night as a part of a much longer itinerary and the price of the room was very convenient.

Entretient passé et après avoir contacter l’hôtel à plusieurs reprises pour avoir une réponse au bout de plus d’un mois, après avoir eu en réponse qu’ils étaient encore en processus de recrutement, je vois aujourd’hui que l’annonce qui avait été publiée n’est plus . Ma candidature depuis plus d’un mois, était en cours et la surprise. personne ne vous appel, personne ne vous réponds à cette candidature! une perte de temps et de respect! honteux! La moindre des choses aurait été de répondre même négativement! c’est ce que qu’on appel du professionnalisme et du savoir vivre!

HORRIBLE.... hotel needs a full and complete renovation Carpet, doors, accessing the rooms are in terrible stage. worn out to the limit Bedroom carpet full of stains, Hair dryer not working Curtains in disarray Bathroom cleaning reallly not appealing... THIS IS NOT A MERCURE STANDARD !!!

I was not originally planned to stay one night at the town. When I got aware, called the hotel and arranged my staying. Since that moment to my check out, Mr Tony Njoh provided a differential assistance - all that after 1 am in the night. Best in class, highly recommended.

Wir wollten kurz nach 14:00 Uhr einchecken, da wurde uns gesagt, wir können erst um 15:30 das Zimmer beziehen. Obwohl im Portal 14:00 Uhr angegeben ist. Wir haben mit HP gebucht. Meine Frau hatte eine Pizza Margeritha, bei der der Teig nicht durchgebacken war, man konnte sie nicht essen. Ich hatte ein Stück Fleisch, das noch fast roh war. Auch nicht wirklich essbar.
Fazit, das Essen war sehr miserabel. Für uns ist das Restaurant nicht empfehlenswert. Service war ungenügend. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Accueil, disponibilité et gentillesse de toutes les équipes, une super directrice très avenante, une restauration très locale et fortement appréciée, les thermes à coté, de l'animation dans la ville, bref tous les ingrédients y étaient pour y passer un excellent séjour d'une dizaine de jours. Excellent accueil pour notre toutou et parking gratuit à disposition. Nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation et y reviendrons certainement.

Service Très limite pour un 3 étoiles. Une seule bouteille d’eau offert durant tout mon séjour. L’offre thé et café dans la chambre est pauvre.
Petit déjeuner offre peu de choix. J’étais déçu par tout ce service limité.
Le personnel reste très agréable et professionnel.. heureusement.
