Iberotel Luxor

One of the best hotels to stay in Luxor. The location is very nice. I advise. If I were to come again, I would choose the same hotel

The room is clean, the service is good, and the meals are generous. The hotel is right on the Nile River. The swimming pool is amazing. Unfortunately, the opening hours are only two hours from 7:00 to 900 in the morning. This trip is all about going out very early in the morning. I didn’t enjoy the temple so much. I will stay here again next time and choose to stay out late to enjoy the swimming pool.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. It is like this one on the Nile River. There is nothing else. The facilities are old and unprofessional. The room leaked. Even if it was repaired, it still leaked. I was not given a room change. I asked for a half-hour late checkout and charged $30 USD.

The noise is very loud and the expensive rooms do not have a good environment. After waiting for half an hour for a bottle of water, I was told it would cost three dollars, but I said it should be a free bottle. I was told to call and ask for it, but it took a long time for it to be delivered. The noise was too loud and I moved to a different room, but there was only one face towel in the room.

A well-established local four-star hotel. The location is good, very close to Luxor Temple. The breakfast room is also good and the environment is very good. The biggest drawback is that there are no extra sockets in the room, not even one. You need to unplug other sockets to charge your phone.

When I checked in, I didn't know that the room I booked was changed to a twin bed one level lower. I found it was wrong when I entered the room, and I communicated with the front desk. The front desk raised her eyelids and said sorry, the room you booked is not available tonight. I said that this is not a problem I need to solve, and the repeater replied sorry, the room you booked is not available tonight. I wanted to get rid of it, so I still asked for a room change at the front desk. The manager was communicating with others nearby. After hearing it, he came over to solve the problem and asked others to take me to see other better room types. After seeing it, I was asked to pay for an upgrade. This solution is suffocating.
