房間衞生乾淨，服務好，餐分量足，酒店就在尼羅河邊，泳池超級無敵贊，可惜開放時間從早上7:00-900僅兩個小時太短了，此行行程都是早上很早出門看廟所以都沒享受到，下次再去還住這家，選擇晚出享受一下泳池

首先 酒店位置很好 在尼羅河徬 就這個 沒其他了 設施老舊 不專業 房間漏水 修了還是漏 沒給換房 要求延遲退房半小時要價$30美元

噪音很大，高價房沒有好環境。要一瓶水等了半個小時，來了説要三美元，我説應該是免費一瓶。讓我打電話要，又等了好久送來。噪音太大換了個房間，結果房間衹有一條洗臉毛巾。

當地老牌四星級酒店。地理位置不錯，離盧克索神廟很近。早餐廳也不錯，環境很好。最大的缺點是房間裏找不到多餘的插座，一個都找不到。需要把別的插座拔了，才能給手機充電。

入住時並不知道把我定的房型更改成差一級的雙床，進房間發現不對，和前台溝通，前台掀了一下眼皮説抱歉你定的房型今晚沒空房了。我表達這不是我需要解決的問題，復讀機回覆抱歉你定的房型今晚沒空房了。想要打發掉，我在前台依舊要求換房，經理在旁邊和其他人溝通，聽到後過來解決問題，讓其他人帶我去看其他更好的房型。看完叫我付費升級。這樣的解決方式很令人窒息。

I arrived at 10pm and check in process was very frustrating. First time I got the room card, it wasn’t activated, so had to walk back to the reception. Then I had to do another 2 walks to reception as they kept giving me a twin room instead of the double bed room I have booked and paid for. Bed mattresses needs replacing as it has two lower parts within it, never seen that in the 4 star hotel.
On the positive side the breakfast was the best I had in Egypt hotel. Nice swimming pool and amenities.

盧克索最有性價比的高星酒店，就在尼羅河邊。去盧克索神廟，坐人力帆，去熱氣球輪渡碼頭都超近。
房間還是挺乾淨的。
我們寒假去是3自助午餐晚餐400埃及磅一人，超值。
