You can see the Nile River, and there are restaurants nearby. It's quite convenient. It's about a 10-minute drive from Luxor temple. The floor is a bit sandy, but it's considered hygienic for a hotel in Egypt. The hot water is not hot enough.

Hotel was Good . It was a little bit out dated and in need of an upgrade. Cleaning staff could do a better job with mopping and dusting. The bathtub needed to be scrubbed with chemicals as it was very dirty with yellow stains. Otherwise the hotel was very enjoyable.

The hotel environment is good, the room is very clean, and the balcony faces the Nile River. The only thing is that there is no WIFI in the hotel rooms, only in the lobby, but it is extremely slow and basically depends on traffic.

Good location near many restaurants and a pub or two. Very nice facilities and helpful staff. Breakfast included was okay, consistent every day, helpful that it was early. Rooms were a bit old but clean, comfortable bed, nice balcony, hot water. My only complaint was there was only one very inconveniently located outlet to plug in everything.
