Susanna Hotel Luxor

Reasonable and clean, but nothing else particularly stands out. My satisfaction might have been different if I had a room with a view of the Nile. I stayed for two nights, and the staff repeatedly insisted on cleaning the room, which was annoying. Also, outside the hotel, there are always many touts waiting, so as soon as you step out, 4-5 people swarm you.

The location is fantastic, so good that you can walk to practically anywhere you want to go. A key tip: the hotel is only 500 meters from the bus station, so there's no need to take a taxi.

Right by Luxor Temple. The accommodation was just okay.

Overall, it was dirty. However, hotels in Luxor generally seem to lack cleanliness, so perhaps it's unavoidable. The breakfast was cold and the menu never changed, so after 5 nights, I naturally got tired of it. The staff were kind and friendly, which left a very good impression. Be aware that taxis and horse-drawn carriages are constantly waiting in front of the hotel throughout the day.

The location is excellent, right next to Luxor Temple. The most thoughtful touch was that even though we arrived before check-in time, the front desk quickly checked us in – the only time this happened during our entire trip to Egypt! 👍 All the staff were incredibly warm and friendly, patiently answering all our questions. Thank you so much! If there's anything that could be improved, it would be that the hotel facilities could be updated (for example, the clothes hangers could be replaced with sturdier ones) to enhance the user experience.
