"Hong Kong K11 ARTUS Harbour Two-Bedroom Suite Overall Rating: 9.2/10 Location: Tsim Sha Tsui's top-tier artistic serviced apartments, a prime choice for families/friends traveling together. ✅ Key Highlights (Reasons to Choose) • Unbeatable Victoria Harbour Sea View Approximately 90–128㎡, 270° floor-to-ceiling windows + connecting balcony, high floors offering panoramic views of Victoria Harbour, the Central skyline, and the nightly 'Symphony of Lights' show. Master bedroom, second bedroom, and living room all boast sea views; you can enjoy the ocean from bed or sofa. • Expansive Space + Two Bathrooms Two bedrooms and one living room (1 king bed + 2 single beds), two independent bathrooms, ensuring privacy for family/friends. Includes a walk-in closet, a rare find at this price point in Hong Kong. • Fully Equipped with High-End Appliances (Great for both long and short stays) ◦ Smeg open-plan kitchen (hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine) ◦ Miele washing machine + dryer ◦ Frette bedding, Lelabo toiletries, smart toilet, 49-inch TV + sound system ◦ Complimentary MiniBar (drinks + snacks) • Immersive Artistic Atmosphere Art pieces throughout the apartment, common areas resemble an art gallery; the 10th-floor art library is perfect for photos. • Location + Convenience On the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, with direct access to K11 MUSEA downstairs; within walking distance to the Avenue of Stars and the Star Ferry. ⚠️ Minor Drawbacks (Consider carefully if these bother you) • High Price: Commands top luxury prices in Hong Kong, value for money is average. • Mediocre Dining: Breakfast/meal quality is below the average for five-star hotels. • Inconsistent Service: Some front desk staff can be a bit cold. • No Traditional Swimming Pool: The outdoor infinity pool is on the smaller side. ✅ Ideal for • Family Travel (2 adults, 2 children/elderly): Large space, two bathrooms, option to cook. • Friends/Colleagues Traveling Together: Good privacy, shared sea views. • Long Stays/Short-Term Rentals: Laundry + kitchen, offering a strong sense of home. • Art/Photography/Sea View Enthusiasts: Extremely high photo opportunities. ✅ Summary K11 ARTUS Harbour Two-Bedroom Suite = Panoramic Victoria Harbour views + Artistic Luxury Decor + Family-sized Space + Five-Star Service. In Tsim Sha Tsui, it has virtually no competitors at the same price point offering sea views + two bathrooms + a large kitchen. If your budget allows and you prioritize views and space → Book without hesitation; if you seek exceptional dining/service → you might compare with The Regent or The Peninsula."

No. 1 of Luxury Hotels in Hong Kong
The Rosewood Hong Kong is located at a prime Victoria Harbour waterfront location on Salisbury Road in Tsim Sha Tsui. Eleven restaurants and lounges are complemented by recreational facilities including Asaya, Rosewood’s integrated wellness concept.

"Staying here felt uniquely relaxing. It's not the usual stiffness of a business hotel or the looseness of a typical resort; it's more like a gentle embrace, a 'hidden gem in the city.' As you turn off the bustling Nathan Road into the hotel's driveway, the noise instantly fades. The room size is a luxury by Hong Kong Island standards. The enormous floor-to-ceiling windows transform the Victoria Harbour skyline into a living mural. The soft earth tones, velvet and leather accents, and books about Hong Kong on the shelves make it feel as comfortable as a friend's home. The bedding is exquisite, and the lighting is meticulously designed – no harsh glare, just warm, layered illumination. Breakfast is à la carte; I enjoyed eggs Benedict with a sea view. In the evening, I'd head to DarkSide for jazz, where the bartender crafted cocktails based on my mood. If I didn't feel like going downstairs, room service was prompt and excellent. The best part is the direct elevator access to K11 Musea, meaning you can step out and explore art exhibitions or grab a bite at Ichiran Ramen. It's a seamless transition between vibrant city life and tranquility. The sixth floor's Asaya feels more like a lifestyle center, complete with a shallow pool, thermal baths, and meditation spaces. Before a spa treatment, you can choose your preferred essential oils and music, and the therapists are incredibly gentle. Lounging on a chair, gazing at the sea view, time just seemed to stand still."

You will feel a world away, while in the heart of it all.

"It was my first time staying at The Regent. Service was generally pleasant (house keeping, concierge) until check out time and it was a super let down. I asked for 30mins more time for check out as my food delivery was running late, incredibly it was denied. we explained the situation we were caught in and the first response and subsequent was not to help, it was to reject and no solutions offered . Then finally the service staff said someone else will call us back. We waited and no one called, it was completely unsettling as we were waiting in between for the food, if to rush or not; we didnt expect a hotel of this ranking and rates would handle our situation with such coldness… it was totally disappointing. I then called again and explained again, this time saying there is no reason why this is rejected or we are made to wait for a quick yes because it is an issue that can be easily resolve but we were kept waiting, finally, the staff agreed but why are we even made to go through this time consuming process. I wonder if its because i booked through a 3rd party agent or because i selected a normal room vs a higher price room. Regardless this would never have happened if I had stayed in Four Season, or any similar ranking hotels."

"It's been a while since my last visit to Hong Kong, and this time I once again chose The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. I love this hotel because it's one of the tallest in the world, standing at 490 meters. I particularly enjoy swimming on the 118th floor, overlooking Victoria Harbour. I arrived at the hotel before 1 PM and met the duty manager, KON TIN. Instead of rigidly sticking to the 3 PM check-in time, she quickly arranged a room for me – room number 109-11. I won't even mention the small touches like complimentary drinks at the front desk. To my surprise, the room had a stunning view of Victoria Harbour! It had just rained, and through the glass curtain wall, the mist appeared and disappeared, with Victoria Peak faintly visible in the distance. I absolutely loved it. After so many stays, this was the first time I'd had a room with a Victoria Harbour view, which naturally put me in a fantastic mood and made my business trip go smoothly. The breakfast, as always, was exquisite. The à la carte menu had changed since my last visit, offering more variety, and everything was delicious, comfortable, and flavorful. The wide selection of breakfast options caters to tastes from all over the world."
