"Wonderful hotel. The decor and layout of the hotel feels very sophisticated. I was pleased with the size of the room and the comfy bed. Outside there are plenty of food options and even some bars. Jiaxing is not very big so the location is fine, anything you might want is walking distance or a 10 minute taxi ride away."

"This was my second stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Jiaxing for the Qingming holiday, and it was just as clean and quiet as I remembered. The location is perfect, not far from major attractions like Nanhu Lake. I'd especially like to thank manager Gavin and intern David (Guangbo) for their warm and thoughtful service from check-in to check-out. They even followed up to ensure our stay was comfortable, and our child had a great time, making us feel truly looked after. Their professional and attentive service means we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Jiaxing. Highly recommended!"

"Came with my kids, and it's great for ordering takeout; the robot delivery is super convenient, and sometimes a staff member brings it, and their attitude is good. The environment is also pretty nice. The only downside is the breakfast buffet, which is really bad and has very few options. Luckily, it wasn't crowded, even on a Sunday, with plenty of empty seats when I went at 9 AM. I suggest adding some chicken nuggets, which kids love, or prawn crackers. Everything else was fine, but the floor is really slippery, so be careful. Shery provided excellent service, and I'd come back again. Yesterday, I saw penguins at Nanhu Tiandi and absolutely loved the 'Sui Yin Ji Liang' there. Anyway, it's better than the Four Points by Sheraton, where you have to go downstairs yourself to pick up takeout, and the air isn't as good, though it is a bit more value for money."

"A great place for a weekend getaway! The service was excellent; they even helped us with our luggage to the room. A special thanks to Xiao Dong for their service. We were upgraded to a lake-view room, and the balcony offered a stunning view with quaint bridges and the lake. After settling in, we walked along Nanhu Lake to Nanhu Tiandi for dinner and stumbled upon a bread festival, which was a lovely surprise and we got some great finds. Back at the hotel, we found that turndown service had been provided. The next morning, after breakfast, we headed to Haogu Pagoda. I actually wanted to go there on the first afternoon, but we couldn't find the small back entrance, and neither could several other groups who came looking later. We eventually realized it was blocked by illegally parked cars. I hope the hotel can put up a sign there to explain this. After descending the pagoda, we took another stroll around the hotel grounds to enjoy the garden scenery before leaving. We skipped Yuehe and Zicheng, which were mentioned online, as we had to head back in the afternoon, and having been to Xitang, I didn't feel the need to visit another water town; once a year is enough for me. I actually prefer places like Nanhu Tiandi. Of course, for those with more time, it's worth exploring all these places."

"The rooms and beds were quite spacious, but nothing really wowed me. Let me mention a few things I wasn't happy with. The so-called 'kids' paradise' at this family hotel was just a tiny inflatable bouncy castle – quite a letdown. The towels and bath towels were a bit old. In one room, there were only a few tissues left in the box. I'd specifically requested a non-smoking room, but one of the rooms had a distinct smoke smell upon entering. Also, I'm not sure if the booking deposit was collected by the hotel or the platform. Firstly, they charged the room fee again during check-in, plus a security deposit. Secondly, after checking out at noon, the booking deposit wasn't returned until I chased them for it in the afternoon."

"I use this hotel for business trips. Overall, I am satisfied with both the staff and the accommodation. The location is central and convenient, and there is a shopping mall nearby, which is a plus for short stays."

The views were great, and the room was spacious and tidy. It was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors, and the layout was very practical. They even gave us a souvenir gift at checkout, which was a lovely surprise! :) The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I recommend trying out their specialty restaurant. The hotel's location is also fantastic; it's very convenient to walk to Moon River, which is beautiful for an evening stroll."

"As a frequent guest of this corporate hotel, Jim and Angel always assist with the arrangements whenever I stay. This time, they assigned me a garden view room with a balcony. It's the closest near 5-star hotel to my company and features an internal park that's also open to the public. The price offers incredible value for money, the breakfast spread is extensive, there are two gyms, and the pool is quite lively. I also received two complimentary cookies, and they kindly packed one of my two breakfasts for takeaway."

"The weather was cold and snowy, but the hotel service was incredibly warm, definitely a plus. I received a call from Ms. Yin, the customer service representative, even before arriving at the hotel. Ms. Wang, who handled check-in, was patient and attentive throughout, providing detailed information about breakfast times and answering all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, and there were five complimentary bottles of mineral water. Although there were a few minor flaws, Manager Dai handled them very well, and I was very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again. Furthermore, the hotel is located in the city center with complete surrounding facilities, beautiful night views, a large and convenient parking lot, and delicious breakfast."

"First off, the location is absolutely perfect! It's just a 10-minute walk to the Yuehe Historical Block, and on the way, you'll pass the Grand Canal Museum, Tea Street, Antiques Street, Yuehe Snack Street, and the Flower and Bird Market Street. Secondly, the kids' play area is fantastic. It's a huge 1500 square meters; once you're in, you won't get out for three hours! The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of options including Rou Jia Mo (Chinese burger), freshly made noodles, wontons, stir-fries, whole grains, fruits, and yogurt. My only small complaint is that it can get a bit crowded on weekends or holidays. Our package included a steamed dish set for two. We had delicious dishes like dried tofu with steamed cured chicken leg and preserved vegetable pork belly, all incredibly authentic and tasty! We stayed in a family room, which was quite spacious. The room had stuffed animals, but no actual toys for kids. It would be even better if they added something like LEGOs. On a side note, the entire building where the family rooms are located has a lovely child-friendly theme, with star-patterned carpets, which is a great touch."
