Overall, a very pleasant stay. The location is convenient for getting around the old town. If I have the chance, I'll definitely book again and recommend it to friends and family.

Can’t believe the hotel does not have AC,  cleaning services are bad, toilet paper and tissue paper didn’t refill.  Floor is dirty, showing curtains is broken, coffee packs never refilled,  checkin counter is shared with other hotel, and the direction of the location is not clear, the waiter at the restaurant downstairs didn’t offer a good help to find the check in counter location.

The hotel is right in the old town. Very convenient to move around. The information provide by the owner lead us to the wrong hotel to check in. Luckily there is a note on the door that provide the correct information. The room is beautiful decorated .

The location is pretty good, right near the covered bridge and by the river. However, checking in was a bit of an ordeal. You have to walk through a dark alley, turn a corner, and go to a hotel called Krone to check in. There's actually a hint on the door with a simple route map, but it's like a treasure map and not easy to notice. There's a small, inconspicuous elevator once you get inside. I ended up carrying my luggage up the stairs. I'm not sure what style the room's decor is, but it seems a little spooky. There's a large mirror above the bed – good for couples, I guess. Downstairs, there's a dining area where you can enjoy the breeze and listen to horse-drawn carriages passing by, which is quite pleasant. You can also find restaurants by the river. There's a restaurant called Taibai Jiulou that serves hotpot, which you can see in pictures 4-6.

The front desk is only available from morning till 11pm, so be sure you have to complete your check in beforehand. Ps. the check in/out counter is at a different location (around 2 mins walk from magic hotel).

The hotel facilities displayed on Ctrip's website are deceptive to consumers, and the company shows no sincerity in resolving the issue properly. I am escalating my complaint!

The sockets in the room are small, and the conversion sockets cannot be used. I dare not use my mobile phone. The soundproofing in the room is not good. I don't like the decoration style of the hotel. There are two doors in one room, which is a bit scary to live in. The most unacceptable thing is that the front desk is in another hotel, and I have to run back and forth with my suitcase. To be honest, the service in the restaurant is not bad,

Check-in is in a separate building about a minute's walk from the hotel. No breakfast by default. Mysterious interior, no air conditioning. Shower curtain. I understand why it's so cheap, but it was perfectly reasonable to stay there. 42,000 yen per night for two people.

It was close to Lucerne Station and I was able to get around easily thanks to the good location.

The river view in the hotel room is a major selling point, but apart from the fact that the room can be described as "big", the other services are very average! The sanitary environment is a bit poor, but it is very close to the central station. There are also supermarkets nearby. The prices are as you like

The location is really good. It's in the middle of the city, so it's easy to go anywhere. However, you should be aware that there is no coffee pot and the reception building and the accommodation building are different.
