The service was excellent. Even serve welcome tea. Breakfast was great. Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and nice. Have a great time staying here. Highly recommended. Can't wait to come back again.

The hotel is newly opened and the facilities and equipment are perfect! The attitude of the check-in staff at the front desk is very good. The room is clean and tidy. Although it feels like a newly opened hotel, the room does not have any peculiar smell! The shower room has great water pressure and is very comfortable. 從自貢過來，攜程上訂的這家酒店。和自貢那邊的房價相比，是真心便宜。200多就能訂到2米大床房，還能獲得了贈送早餐的權益。
房間很寬敞，設施齊全，也比較新。附近有步步高商場，用餐這些也很方便。

位置在步步高廣場，地理位置還不錯。酒店規模還可以，裝修風格為薰衣草系列。大概12點時間到的，前台小姐姐會主動遞上茶水，服務態度還不錯。房間大小安排的很合適，通風系統沒啥噪音，洗手枱乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，空調温度可隨意調節，網絡連接還比較穩定，2米寬的大床很舒服。早餐環境乾淨舒服小巧玲瓏，早餐豐富多樣；整體來説挺滿意的。

前台服務員熱情周到，辦理入住也很快處理事情非常的靈活，服務態度非常得好，進門就和我們禮貌的問候，滿足我們想要安靜房間的需求，旁邊就是商場，距離市中心也很近，房間設施設備齊全，隔音效果很好，空調效果不錯，酒店旁邊就是商場，購物吃飯那些都比較方便，旁邊還有一個公交車站去哪兒都比較方便，交通便利，停車也是免費的。麗楓的性價比也非常高，在提供優質服務和舒適環境的同時，價格也相對較為合理。總之推薦推薦

這家給我感覺軟件上超預期，堪比五星，從服務枱到餐廳服務員等工作人員，都能面帶微笑主動熱情跟客人打招呼，正好我大批衣服要洗，問服務枱洗衣房在哪，他們得知後免費直接派人上門來取，洗好烘乾疊整齊送回，而且反饋很快。麗楓的其他硬件設施衞生一如既往不錯。樓下就是商場，有餐飲，有地下停車場。整體性價比高。

經常入住麗楓，玩境一如既往的好，樓下是步步高新天地，逛街吃東西很方便。唯一美中不足，窗户不隔音，馬路上的車流聲音太吵，睡眠不好的要選不臨街的房間。

設施能看出來很新，從酒店大堂到房間內部，前台吧枱也提供了免費物品，很明亮很好～ 麗楓的衞生也是一直都比較過關，進屋之後能聞到淡淡的薰衣草的味道，屋內的備品很全，收拾的很乾凈，空間大方便放東西～ 位置也是比較好，當時預訂的時候也考慮了這點，離高鐵站路程十多分鐘就到了，特別方便出行，周圍有一個大商場，購物也便利，房間也做了免費升級很安靜，晚上睡覺完全不會受影響（順便説一下窗簾擋光性特別棒！睡得很安穩～ 服務是必須要着重説一下的，辦理入住的時候前台小姐姐態度温柔，也有根據我的需求調整房間回答問題並及時解決
