Гостиница Taurus City все еще остается в топе моих любимых отелей Львова. Расположение отеля не центральное, но при этом предоставляется хорошо оборудованный номер, бесплатная парковка и чудесный завтрак, что нивелирует все остальные недостатки. К номеру, за исключением отсутствия чая и кофе, претензий нет. Все на очень достойном уровне. Завтрак разнообразный и может удовлетворить предпочтения любого постояльца. В общем мне все понравилось, кроме холодности персонала, особенно на ресепшн, где девочкам абсолютно безразлично Ваше мнение. Несмотря на это, все рано рекомендую этот отель, как один из лучших во Львове.

Отель Taurus City является одним из моих самых любимых отелей во Львове. Останавливаюсь здесь каждый раз, когда отель предоставляет номера по нормальной цене, что, к сожалению, происходит не часто. Гостиница находится между вокзалом и центром, в 15 минутах ходьбы в каждом направлении. Отель современный, с отличным, продуманным дизайном, хорошей шумоизоляцией, удобной кроватью с которой утром не хочется вставать, рабочей зоной и хорошо оборудованной ванной комнатой. В стоимость номера входит очень вкусный завтрак, Wi-Fi и охраняемый паркинг. Также в гостинице есть свой генератор, что немаловажно. Персонал, за некоторым исключением, отзывчивый и готов помочь с любым вопросом. Отличный отель. Рекомендую.

В этом отеле были несколько раз. Последний раз сняли три самых дорогих номера. При выезде девушка на ресепшене спросила брали ли мы что-то с мини бара? Мы ответили - нет! После чего она хитро ответила, что наши люди пойдут проверят комнаты ЧТОБЫ ВЫ НИЧЕГО НЕ ЗАБЫЛИ ИЗ ВЕЩЕЙ!!! На самом деле пошли проверять свой кон**ный минибар, а то вдруг там водичка пропадет! И после 2 мин, когда мы стояли возле машины, паковали чемоданы, выбегает охранник и орёт что 2 пива и воды в одном номере нет!!!!!!! Там жили наши бабушка и дедушка!! Они ответили, что ничего не брали. После проверки недо!персоналом выяснили, что товар изначально в холодильник не положили. СПАСИБО ЗА «ПОЛОЖИТЕЛЬНЫЕ» ЭМОЦИИ!!! Недо!охранник даже не вышел и не извинился. На ресепшене извинились. ЭТО ТАК НИЗКО!!!! ЗАПЛАТИВ такие деньги за две ночи они ещё выбегают за банку какого-то пива, которого мы не брали!!! Вы испортили все впечатления!!! Вы испортили свою репутацию!!! Теперь точно ни ногой к вам!!! А людям рекомендуем останавливаться в других хороших отелях!!! Этот обходите стороной, если не хотите оказаться виноватым за то, что не делали!!!
