Nice location and friendly staff, but very inconvenient hotel inside. Lots of steps to get into your room, you have to take stairs after the elevator etc. It is impossible if you have a luggage. Do not recommend the place

Overall a good experience. Very central location and the rooms were really lovely and comfortable.
The breakfast room is very confusing.
My one negative comment is that that the staff is not very flexible snd can be quite rigid. Example a little gesture of offering a cup of coffee or tea for someone who missed the breakfast deadline goes a long to customer satisfaction. Instead they make you pay for it...juat a suggestion..

Отель расположен в самом центре, довольно чисто. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Я бронировала номер для 2 взрослых и ребёнка на дополнительном месте. При заселении деньги за место взяли. В номере был диван. Постельное бельё принесли с 3 напоминания. Портье. Так как горничных вечером нет. Простынь была для детской кроватки. Раскладывали диван и застилали самостоятельно. Пульта от кондиционера нет. На ресепшн сказали: «наверное поломался, принесём завтра». Скорее всего просто экономят электроэнергию. Горячая вода- еле тёплая. Кровати узкие и неудобные, как и одеяла. Шум с улицы. С трудом удалось поспать пару часов.

Hotel na ulicy Drukarskiej , blisko wszystkiego. z restauracją gruzińską. Czysto. Pokój 525 na piątym piętrze ale jest winda. pokój i łazienka bardzo ładne. ładne meble. wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba, łącznie z sejfem i szlafrokami, kapciami itd. minibarek z dobrymi cenami , woda dokładana. można kupić wino z oferty hotelu. duży telewizor, programy raczej miejscowe ale nie przyjeżdża się do Lwowa dla tv. wejście do restauracji z hotelu. śniadania urozmaicone i bardzo dobre. restauracja z dobrymi cenami. polecam

We stayed for 2 nights. Our room number was 304 and it was a spacious room with two windows to two different streets. The hotel always smelt like food because of the restaurant below but it didn’t bother us too much. Our room wasn’t very clean (there were crumbs on the floor when we arrived). The location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast was satisfactory.

La posizione è strategica! A due passi dal teatro dell’Opera. La colazione è ampia e varia compreso frutta fresca. Le stanze hanno un grande bagno moderno anche se essenziale. Ristorante annesso aperto da mattina a sera. Da e per l’aeroporto taxi a 250 uah
