На рецепшене очень холодный и не приветливый персонал!(особенно девушки)Бассейны в СПА очень холодные,а ещё при входе сказали что в наш номер уже включены 2 часа посещения, а когда мы пошли платить то сказали у вас +2 часа в спа за которые нужно оплатить!!!На завтрак я попросила апельсиновый сок,на что мне ответили НЕТ сегодня только виноградный♀️Номер был чистым.

a bit far from the city center,but a lovely walk is not bad.

This is a great hotel, we are very satisfied with our choice. The breakfast, room, and spa were all amazing. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We stayed there twice during our vacation. The first time was for a few days and the second time for a week. We had amazing stays both times. The spa area was really great as well! The cafe they had there, as well as the service, was amazing!

Мы не останавливались в самом отеле, но посещали спа центр и кафе. Это было одно из лучших спа! Приобретала комплексную программу - сначала час в бассейне, сауне и джакузи и затем процедура по телу и лицу. Везде очень чисто, расслабояющая атмосфера, отличная работа персонала. Обязательно при следующей поездке вернёмся сюда вновь.
